SELF WORTH IS IMPORTANT IN LEADERSHIP POSITION.
For the few time I have spent here on earth I have seen a lot of people suffer as a result of low self esteem or what others call inferiority complex and myself wasn't spared of that. While I was growing up as a young teenager, I suffered a lot because of inferiority complex, I saw myself as a non-entity. I berated myself on so many occasions, I assumed others are always ahead of me even when these people come to me to learn sometimes; I still regard them higher than I did myself. I placed myself in the lower echelon of any group I found myself until God decided to make me understand my self worth and I realized that I'm not a mistake, I'm not a biological accident, I'm not a product of emotional errors Gaining this new idea and orientation made me to start apologizing to myself. I woke up the gifts in me which had been lying dead, I realized God has deposited so many potentials in me and I have to make use of them here on earth and not in heaven. Angels don't need my gifts in heaven it's here on earth that it can be profitable. I want to challenge us today, God didn't create anyone by mistake he has deposited a lot in you, see yourself as equal to others, put your giftings to work, you're great and the world is waiting for the manifestation of your gift(s). You're born to take the lead in your field, you're not to settle for less. Knowing your self worth differentiates you from the rest. Be humble to know you're not better than anybody but also be wise enough to know you're different from the rest. Leaders don't look down on themselves, but have a very high self esteem, they believe in their capabilities and work daily to bring out the best in them. Know your self worth today, ask the manufacturer of your life to show you your gift(s) and work on them with confidence. GREAT LEADERS HAVE HIGH SELF ESTEEM.
