GOOD LEADERS KEEP GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH THEIR SUBJECTS AND OTHERS.
I wrote few days ago about how leadership position is a trusted privilege and not a right. No matter how good you're at something someone is there that can do it better than you, no matter your level of experience God can use an inexperienced man just to disgrace you and your knowledge. No matter the position you're occupying today remember someone was there before you and someone will take over from you, never you use your office to punish people, never you use that as an opportunity to revenge wrong done long ago. Good leaders will always want to win people's heart by keeping a good relationship with them, though you mayn't have the support of all but if you're good even those that don't like you will say something good about you once or better still you will always have someone to defend you any time. We're witnessing a lot of leadership crisis all over the world today because people in the leadership positions are doing evil than good to their subjects. Nigeria my beloved country isn't exempted. While on earth will you want to multiply your enemies because you're occupying a position of four or eight years maximum? One day you will come down from that sit and you will have to relate with people again, you will need people to associate with, if as a leader you gather more enemies than friends then be ready for sycophants around you after you're no longer in office, because they will come to shop their own national cake from you and will be praising you just to get what they want from you and at the end, you will know the reality probably then it will be late for you. No one can change the hand of time, do good to people while you have the opportunity for time will come that's only your past works that will speak for you. GREAT LEADERS WIN PEOPLE'S HEART BY DOING GOOD.
