LEADERS DON'T WAIT FOR OTHERS TO GET THINGS DONE.
One of the enviable attributes of great leaders is their action independence; ability to get things done without waiting for anyone. They don't rely on others before they carry out that which is necessary, they're always pace setters, they do not delay amendment or corrections when needed; they make selfless renovations without waiting for the multitude before getting it done. If there is any leader who is fond of complaining always about things happening in any organization, be it church, social group, government etc and never profer solutions then such fellow is not a leader but a complainer. Just as we have a lot of complainers in our administrative offices today, they complain about what the past government should have acheived but couldn't achieve due to one negligence or the other, they make excuses of why they can't govern the state well because the past government failed during their tenure. Excuse me sir, the reason why the people voted you in the first place is because they believe you can correct the lapses of the past government and do better. Now you're using the failure of the past government to measure your own success, then you're already a failure. Personally I see complainers as irresponsible people because responsible people never runaway from responsibilities, no matter how tough it is they face it squarely, it was Late Myles Munroe that said "responsibility simply means respond-to-ability", your sense of responsibility is measure by how much you can respond to your own ability, you have what it takes within you but always shifting blames on people and allowing things to get bad you're simply an irresponsible someone. If you use other people's success to measure your own then you're already doom for failure, use everything at your disposal to make sure you deliver effectively because one day you will give account to all you've done with the privilege given to you by God and people.
GREAT LEADERS DON'T WAIT, THEY GET THINGS DONE.
