GREAT LEADERS HAS WISDOM AND DEMONSTRATE INTEGRITY.

If there's anything lacking in today's leadership and is desperately needed is integrity. We have people occupying positions without the sense of keeping to their words. We hear so many promises but we never see the result, they will make the world a better place with their mouth but their deeds are not reflective of what they say.  Integrity suppose to be a non-negotiable asset for leaders and a watchword which they work with. As a leader you mean what you say and say what you mean, you don't just talk to win people's heart but fulfill that which was spoken for their heart to be with you permanently. Great leaders fulfill whatever comes out of their mouth even when it is hurtful to them, except they haven't said it before. More than anything else, followers want to believe that their leaders are honest. They will want to say someday I want to be like my leader. Whenever a leader is corrupt and dishonest, know that he has lost sight of the fact that he/she is given power for the purpose of others.

Read this from Dwight D. Eisenhower: "in order to be a leader a man must have followers. And to have followers, a man must have their confidence. Hence the supreme quality for the leader is, unquestionably, integrity. Without it no real success is possible no matter whether it is on a section gang, a football field, in the army, or in an office. If a man's associate find him guilty of being phoney, if they find out he lacks forthright integrity, he will fail. His action and teaching must square with each other. The first great need, therefore, is integrity and high purpose ". It doesn't mean where you're serving, whether in church, public office any where you are, be a leader with integrity.

GREAT LEADERS MEAN WHAT THEY SAY AND MEAN WHAT THEY SAID.
