LEADERSHIP IS NOT ABOUT MANIPULATING PEOPLE.

Taken my beloved country as a case study and seeing how our leaders both past and present has ruled this country, I discovered that most of the times (if not all the time) we have people who will try all their best to win an election by manipulating the masses, deceiving us with their lies and make sure they win our 'heart' and get there just to begin doing the opposite. Great leaders don't manipulate people to believe them but give them inspiration, you can never force people to believe your vision but you can clear them with your result and that result will be an inspiration to them. What are you doing to groom your vision? How are you working on your vision to be an inspiration to others? I see a lot of people trying to manipulate others to follow them, going into all sort of things just to get followers, both spiritual leaders and circular leaders. You don't need all those stress. Devote that energy and work on your vision with your result they will come begging to follow you. Late Dr. Myles Munroe said "you will begin to lose friends once they notice you're following your vision and very few will stay. You know why? Because they think your vision has so occupied you that you don't have their time again  but once the result shows up you will have more followers than the initial few friends".  I can't but agree with this in totality. Don't use your energy to force people to follow you but use that energy positively and work on your purpose and see them coming. Your result should convince people and not you manipulating them. GREAT LEADERS INSPIRED WITH THEIR RESULT.
