One of the signs of great leaders that I have read about, over the years is their ability to manage resources at their disposal. Most times if we talk about resources people will think is only money that we're talking about, no, they're a lot of things that are our resources for instance, time, energy, material things, money etc. How do you manage your time? How many times do you waste on something that will not add value to your life? How many time do you waste reading books that isn't adding value to your life, or visiting a place that isn't helping you achieving your dreams. Do you have a right time schedule? Do you have a proper priority? Because if your priority isn't properly set, you'll definitely waste time doing wrong thing at the right time which will not benefit you at the end.


What about your energy, how do you use the energy that God gave you, as a youth do you waste your energy on wrong things? change because leaders are known to be judicious in their usage of energy. Your own, you can waste money any how, you spend your money on useless things, careless in spending and using of material resources at your disposal.


Don't be known for reckless spending, you're not expected to be at any events that will not add value to your, that's a waste of time. In the nutshell never you waste anything at your disposal, it's very important to manage whatever you have properly. Read books that add value to your life and not the other way, attend seminars that will have positive effect on you.

Set your priorities aright, no matter how good something appear if isn't going to add value to your life don't waste your time, energy and resources on it. Know what you want and what you don't want with that you will manage your life effectively. GREAT LEADERS ARE RESOURCE MANAGERS.
