A GREAT LEADER DISCIPLINE HIMSELF TO                    PROTECT HIS PURPOSE


To be a great leader is very difficult if the process isn't known but very simple if he applies the right principle. One of the greatest things I have noticed in great leaders is their discipline ability, they starve to meet a deadline set, they forget pleasure just to make sure they don't lose sight of their purpose, they don't covet in order not to misbehaves.



If you must achieve greatness in life you must have to be discipline, if you must fulfill your purpose, you must be discipline. You should be able to discipline yourself in order not to lose the sight of your purpose.



We all have purpose in life and to be a leader in your field, you just have to be discipline otherwise; you will remain at low echelon in the society. When you set a deadline for a task, make sure you meet up with the time set, when you have appointment with someone do not keep the person waiting be conscious of time, never you take advantage of subjects, be discipline to manage your emotions very well or you will be surprise at the disaster, that alone will bring to your life and assignment.


Know when and where to talk, great leaders are people who speak at the right time and at the right place, you don't just open your mouth and say anything that come out, discipline yourself in your speech.

Above all know and love your manufacturer (God) for without Him you can do nothing and with Him by your side greatness is inevitable. Nobody knows a product more than the manufacturer and for you to make proper use of your life be discipline enough to consult Him before taking any decision.

GREAT LEADERS ARE DISCIPLINED PEOPLE.
