DISCIPLINE IS FOR GREAT LEADERS

According to the author of Ten Laws of Leadership; Bill Newman, he defined self discipline as "the willingness to perform the acts that are beneficial to us that - for whatever reason - we don't want to perform". Any field in life requires discipline to achieve anything tangible. A student needs discipline to pass examination, discipline is mandatory for leaders to achieve their goals and dreams. There's no way you can pull through without discipline, to get any problem solved you must be able to discipline yourself. Without discipline even if your vision is as good as anything it will still remain unachieved. If you set out to achieve any goal it will just end up as a mere wish and your level of discipline determines your level of achievement in life. Scott Peck opines that "discipline is the basic set of tools required to solve life's problem. Without discipline we can solve nothing. With some discipline we can solve some problems and with total discipline we can solve all problems". Do you want to be a problem solver? Then be disciplined, only those that want to be liabilities live their lives any how and allow everything to happen to them by chance. GREAT LEADERS ARE SELF-DISCIPLNED.
