A LEADER IS A FIGHTER

For anyone to be successful in his/her field and take the lead he will have to engage in so many battles, leadership doesn't come on a plater of gold, you will have to work and fight your way out. You will fight the battle of discouragement, the battle of opposition and even within you, you fight to be able to meet up with targets and beat deadlines. As a leader, when all these challenges raise their ugly heads, they don't just come to destroy you but to make you stronger, they're only stepping stones you need to move forward in your field. When the disease of discouragement hits you, you don't give up easily, you stand your ground and be conscious of where you are going, look ahead and never be discouraged.

Whenever you've a strong opposition don't be carried away by their words or actions, they're doing all those things just to frustrate you and take you off your course. When you've a war among your members (body) don't give up be strong and chose the right path. Though it may not be easy but because you know what is ahead of you never you give up. Fight the war with a mindset to win. LEADERS FIGHT THEIR WAYS TO THE TOP.
