WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO DEVELOP                    YOURSELF AND YOUR SUBJECTS


It is a great error to remain in a static position in whatever you're doing, you need to progress, you need to move forward, you need to advance yourself always. There's no joy in staying at a particular place for long without moving forward.


John C. Maxwell said one of the reasons why you're a leader is because you can give what others cannot. You should be able to work on yourself and always be ahead, strive on daily basis to know new things, we can learn from anything around us, create a time when you'll be able to stay alone and think, then, new ideas and new things will come to you. Learn from those ahead of you in that field either by attending their seminars, one on one meetings, their tapes or books, they've gone beyond your level and can show you the way easily.



If you're not informed you can't inform your subjects and it's your responsibility to develop them by informing them. You can't be an effective leader without knowing the number one leader which is God, so you need to get closer to God by studying his words (the holy book) to know his mind concerning leadership. An effective leader develop himself and develop others as well, stand, and wake up to responsibility in other to be an effective leader. GOOD LEADERS ARE DEVELOPERS.
