MEDDLE NOT WITH NEGATIVE PEOPLE.

One of the greatest ugly things that can befall any man is to be lowly looked upon, it ache the heart of everybody when you realized people look you with levity and trivialize everything from you. On the other side side everybody want to be celebrated, even if you pretend not to like it, we know that in the right sense you acknowledge and value it. But in life you can never be celebrated until you earn it, until you prove to people that you deserve to be celebrated, no one look you if you can't do what it require to be known and celebrated, but to fight for relevance in life and win, they're some things you need to let go and some friends or colleagues that you need to run away from, friends and colleagues that are always negative in their thoughts and everything about them. People with negative mentality are always seeing the wrong in every situation, they always see reason why you can't succeed in that field you've chosen, they will always show you the red signals of anything you want to venture into it. 

Negative people are contagious, they can easily infect you with their own negativity, its always easy for them to show you reason why it can't work, and human by nature love the easy side, so it will be very easy for them to influence you and inject that which is them into you. Zig Ziglar said in one of his articles: "stay away from negative people. They have a problem for every solution". Positive people will see solutions but negative people see problems, so no matter how optimist you think you're, run away from negative people for inside your positivity they will bring out negativity for you, inside that solutions you think you've seen, they have a way of bringing out problem from it.

As long as you want to go far in life, weed out people with negative mentality away from your circle otherwise you can never go far with them. Positive people around you can boost your self-confidence but negative people do the opposite, positive people will always ask you to push further but negative people will quickly see the impossibility and ask you to quit.

Again I read from Zig Ziglar he said: "avoid negative people, for they are the greatest destroyers of self confidence and self esteem. Sorround yourself with people who bring out the best in you". Negative people will kill the seed God planted in you, they will kill your self-esteem, they will reduce you to a piece of bread and before you know it, your life will become a shadow of its original. 

Looking at the life of successful leader, you will agree with me that they are all surrounded with people that think positively. If you really want to take lead in your field, then never you allow people of negative mentality to come near you.

A GREAT LEADER WILL SURROUND HIMSELF WITH POSITIVE THINKERS.
