A GOOD LEADER IS ALSO A GOOD FOLLOWER.

You're not fit to be called a leader if you can't be a follower, If you're always high-minded and think no one can control you, then you're not qualified to be in leadership position. Most times what leads to that is pride and ego, any leader that can not control his ego is a dangerous leader and does not deserve even a single follower. I have seen so many aspiring to become leaders in my beloved country (Nigeria) and think they're above the law of the land, you hear them making ugly statements all in the name they feel they can't be arrested for any reason. The truth is this, if you think you can't be a follower, then don't even think of becoming a leader. Leadership goes with humility because a haughty spirit is deadly in leadership. It was Aristotle that said: "The one who cannot be a good follower cannot be a good leader". That's just the fact. If you can't be a good follower, zero your mind off leadership, those that really want to be good leaders will first learn from those ahead of them, and they will be coached to that position. No matter how good you're, you can't know all, nobody knows everything and that's one of the reasons why being a follower to learn is inevitable in race of leadership. Be ready to be taught and find your place at the top. GREAT LEADERS ARE ALWAYS READY TO FOLLOW.
