IMPACT IS NOT A FUNCTION OF BACKGROUND OR SOCIAL CLASS.
For the few time I have spent here on earth, I have met so many people that think they can't make any impact again because of their background, antecedents and their social level, but after taken my time to study why they carry such mentality I discovered is as a result of what someone have told them in the past or what is happening around them. You're totally wrong for you to believe what people said about you is important than what you believe, you're wrong for you to believe your background is responsible for the level of impact you can make. No, impact is just a function of using your gifting to solve problems, they're a lot of problems everywhere around us, if you can identify it and solve it you have make an impact. Nobody will stop you from doing the right thing because you've a poor background, no one will ever stop you from doing good because of your antecedent, though they mayn't support you at initial level, but if you hold on to what you believe and work diligently towards achieving it, you will become successful and those that never like the idea will run down to celebrate you. Sometime it may even be as a result of discouraging words you hear from people around you, but you're not permitted to quit what you love doing because someone is discouraging you. Ray Goforth write this and I quote: "there are two types of people who will tell you that you can't make a difference in this world: those who are afraid to try and those who are afraid you will succeed". You can now see, whenever anyone come to talk you out of your purpose and good intention have this at the back of your mind, is either he/she is afraid to try or he/she is afraid you will succeed. Never you succumb to their own theory about life. Work diligently and see yourself affecting lives positively.
GREAT LEADERS NEVER MIND THEIR BACKGROUND, THEY ONLY WORK TO ACHIEVE THEIR DREAMS.
