The greatest thing to make you become an exemplary leader is identifying your purpose and work it out, for without purpose you're not a leader, and then your dream is very important to work with it. You can't have anything done without following your dream. In most cases it is your dreams that will keep you not to faint, you look at your dreams and you see your achievement, even in the midst of obstacles and temptations your dreams will keep you going. It was Ralph Waldo Emmerson that said: "Don't be pushed by your problems. Be led by your dreams". You will definitely meet obstacles, but with your dreams in good and perfect shape, you'll still stand firm. Be purpose driven and with high level of persistency you will see that your obstacles will have no option than to submit to you. Your purpose and dream is all you have as a leader, when all appear dark, what will remain for you is your dream, that can't be taken away from you. Even if you're losing anything do not lose your dream hold on to it for with due time the storm of life will come down and you will be allowed to continue your work, but if you lose sight of your dream when the storm is over, you will have nothing left. Automatically you become a loser or probably start from the beginning again. Do you want  to make impact in your field? Then be pushed by your dreams and not your obstacles. GREAT LEADERS CHALLENGE THEIR FEARS
