TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL

Having gone through the history of some great leaders of the past, I have discovered that they take responsibility virtually for everything that happen around them, they will never wait for anyone to do what they can do themselves or blame people around them for errors. Taking responsibility for everything makes them get solutions to issues quickly.

You want to be that great leader? Take responsibility of what that happen around you all the time, though it may hurt your ego to take blame, but still take responsibility to maintain your integrity as a leader. You have to control your ego so that your ego wouldn't control you. When a leader take ownership of its problem the problem get solved, this is true in business, is true in life, take extreme ownership, don't make excuses, don't blame any other person or any other thing. Get control of your ego, don't hide your delicate pride from the truth, take responsibility of everything in your world, the good and the bad, take ownership of your mistakes, shortfalls, your problems and then take ownership of the solutions that will get those problem solved. Take ownership of your vision, your mission, your job, your team and take ownership of your future. You must be responsible in other to take the lead, leadership isn't for lazy people, isn't for people that keep shifting blames on their subjects. In all, I advice you take ownership of your life, don't allow other people do your thinking for you. GREAT LEADERS TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS AROUND THEM.
