THE FOOLISHNESS OF COMPARISON


One of the greatest challenges I experienced as a teenager was "COMPARISON" it was so high that I started having low self esteem, I felt because I don't have or do what my friends can do makes me to be less-blessed than them and I have to always respect their decisions about me, and that makes me to blindly take some wrong decisions. But a time came that God in his infinite mercy began to show me somethings about my life and the reasons for my existence, that was when I realized that even as we're from the same continent, the same country, state etc God plans for our lives differs.


Don't ever try to compare whatever you have with another person's own, don't compare your subjects with your friends subjects, we're not the same. God created us differently and so is our giftings and potentials.

Be wise in correcting your subjects, don't coax them into what's not the will of God for them and by so doing push them out of God's plans for their lives. You're there as a leader to groom them and help them work to achieve their God given assignments and not to push them out of the assignments of God for their lives and so ruin their lives. Good leaders are groomers and not destroyers.

GOOD LEADERS DON'T COMPARE.
