WHAT NEXT?

I heard sometime ago from one of the Nigerian comedians that "life is in phases while men are in sizes" actually life is in phases and we all will be in a phase at a time. We must also learn to move to the next phase when the right time comes. We must learn never to be complacent with the current level to the extent of forgetting to move to the next phase.

Unfortunately, a lot of us remain in a particular phase even when we've outgrown that particular phase, because most of the time some don't even know they need to move forward while the ones who know they need to move forward stop at the slightest opposition encountered.

 

We must learn how to change when the need arises and work tirelessly to press on. You need to always plan ahead of the next phase, you need to always put yourself in check and ask yourself these questions: "After this, what next?" "After this current level, what should be my next step, what should I do to improve on myself and in return fulfill my God-given assignment?" "After my first degree, what next?" "Now that I have the business plan, what next?" "Now that I have made this money, what next?"

 

Let us not allow anything to happen to us by chance, let us be prepared for the phase of life that follows. You will not remain in that phase of life forever, you will definitely change position. But any position you're prepared for will take you nor catch you unawares; you possibly will enjoy it and not regret it.

In conclusion always put on your mental cap and cogitate what to do next; always be prepared for the next position so you are not taken by painful surprise. Do this in any stage you find yourself. So, what next?
