IT CAN ONLY START FROM WITHIN.

In life you can never give what you don't have, no matter how you love giving, you can only give what you have. You can only give out what is inside of you, if you're full of hatred there's no way you're going to give love, if you don't love yourself there's no way you're going to love others, if you don't value your own life, it will be difficult for you to value others. For you to affect other people's life you must first of all affect your own life. Is not possible for you for any reason to give outside what you have, so you should always try to first be kind to yourself only then we can trust you a bit. Live your life fully, accept yourself the way you're, be kind to your own self and only then you can be kind to others. Love yourself and spread that love, life will be hard, there will be turmoil, there will be trials but that will only make you stronger. So when you accept yourself the way you are the world will recognizes you, the world will see you first through what you can do for yourself, you don't expect me to believe you, if you promise me love when you don't even love yourself, when you take all kind of drugs that are not good for your own health, when you risk your own life unnecessarily all in the name you want to be known as a tough guy or as a lady you jump from one man to the other all in the name you want to be among by all means, it will be very difficult for me to believe such a person, you must have to be sincere with yourself and treat yourself with kindness only then will the world have hope in you.

Whatever we have to offer need to begin from us, it has to start from within first. 

To be trusted and give a chance of leadership, you need to first start it with yourself and prove to people that you really value and cherish yourself only then will you be consider for the top. The top is for those that value and love themselves.
