YOU WANT TO WIN? THEN PREPARE TO BE A WINNER.

Everybody want to be a winner, but few are winning because the rest aren't given out what it takes to win. I learnt before that when preparation meet with expectations it result into success, success can't come unless you're ready for it. If not until you're really prepared for winning, you can't win, you can't give lackadaisical attitudes towards those duties and expect to win, winning is for diligent people, is for people that has made up their minds to succeed no matter what happened, they're not likely to give up no matter the pressure and circumstances surrounding their ways. Success is worked out and not by chance, if you're expecting success to come by accident you will wait until you're tired of waiting. Success never happen by chance, check the lives of sportsmen you will agree with me that those taken lead in their various sports are those that are diligent with their training, nothing good comes easy and success isn't an exemption. See this from Zig Ziglar: "you were born to win, but to be a winner, you must plan to win, prepare to win, and expect to win". You can now see the requirements given here. We are all born with winning potential but something have to bring it out of us and those things are to plan, to prepare and to expect. You must first of all plan to win then you begin to prepare your winning ways and then you expect the output of all your inputs. Don't live your life to chance and expect winning to just come. GREAT LEADERS PLAN AND ALWAYS WIN.
